Development of a Method for the Synthesis of Adaptive Spectral Operators for the Analysis of Random

Abdenbi Abenaou

Abstract—Abstract—This article suggests an approach for the synthesis of adaptive spectral operators from the general spectral kernel. This method provides an infinite set of configurable basis functions which fulfill the fundamental criterion of the orthonormality and the completeness of system functions to ensure a spectral analysis with a fast calculation algorithm. Relying on this approach, its implementation leads to solving the problem of random signals compression.

Index Terms—Index Terms—Spectral orthogonal operator, fast transformation, spectral kernels.
