Computer Science Department, Troy University, USA
I'm happy to take on the position of editor in chief of IJCTE. We encourage authors to submit papers concerning any branch of computer theory and engineering.

Submission Guidelines

IJCTE welcomes author submission of papers concerning any branch of Computer Theory and Engineering and their applications in business, industry, and other subjects. The subjects covered by the journal include artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, computational statistics, databases, data mining, financial engineering, hardware systems, imaging engineering, industrial engineering, internet computing, networking, operations research, scientific computing, software engineering, and their applications.

Submission Instructions

When submitting papers for potential publication in the IJCTE, please submit an original editable file in one of the (.doc, .pdf) style files. All figures, images, tables, etc., should be embedded into the original file.

IJCTE had implemented online submission system. With the online journal management system that we are using, you will be able to track its progress through the editorial process. To submit your manuscript, register and log in to the submission system. When registering, please check your email to activate your account, and check your junk box in case the activate link was blocked. The submitting author, who is generally the corresponding author, is responsible for the manuscript during the submission and peer-review process. The submitting author must ensure that all eligible co-authors have been included in the author list (read the criteria to qualify for authorship) and that they have all read and approved the submitted version of the manuscript. All co-authors can see the manuscript details in the submission system, if they register and log in using the e-mail address provided during manuscript submission.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the IJCTE should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the  IJCTE and are subject to both review and editing.

Detailed instructions on preparing papers for submission can be found in the Template Paper  and Submission Confirmation Form.

Please read our ethical publication statement:  Publication Ethics and Publication Malpractice Statement

License and Copyright

Authors retain the copyright. Articles are licensed under an open access Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license, which means all papers can be downloaded, shared, and reused without restriction, as long as the original authors are properly cited. These conditions allow for maximum use and exposure of the work, while ensuring that the authors receive proper credit.

In exceptional circumstances articles may be licensed differently. If you have specific condition (such as one linked to funding) that does not allow this license, please mention this to the editorial office of the journal at submission.

About Paper Review

All published journal papers are refereed by the international competent researchers and scientists. Therefore, a full double - blind international refereeing process is used in which:
Papers are sent to reviewers for their peer review process.
The reviewers' recommendations determine whether a paper will be accepted / accepted subject to change / subject to resubmission with significant changes / rejected.

For papers which require changes, the same reviewers will be used to ensure that the quality of the revised paper is acceptable.

All papers are refereed, and the Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to refuse any typescript, whether on invitation or otherwise, and to make suggestions and/or modifications before publication.
