Special Issue Information
The submitted regular full research computer-scientific theoretical and applied papers of original nature, not printed elsewhere, subject to peer-review should be of innovative nature to add to the existing state of knowledge on various pandemics including the advancement of hospital/healthcare networking and/or those including the currently incurable physical and neurological killer diseases of our times such as CANCER, CARDIOVASCULAR, ASTHMA, HIV/AIDS, DEMENTIA (e.g. ALZHEIMER's, PARKINSON's, HUNTINGDON's and VASCULAR etc.), MS (Multiple Sclerosis), MD (Muscular Dystrophy), MOTOR NEURON Disorders such as ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) to name a few , among others. These diseases' cures non-existent, however, are still being researched by the world's prominent institutes of health and vaccine research, specifically the recent epidemic COVID-19 (as of Feb. 20, 2022 totaling globally to ~6m deaths and ~346m recovered out of ~421m CORONAVIRUS cases, with remaining ~69m currently infected).
The goal is what, why and how to avoid the unprecedented misery triggered by such diseases or disorders; for a vivid prevalent example, by the previous(*see Table 1 below [
Source]) and current pandemics (SARS-CoV-2). The IJCTE is fully encouraging scientific methodologies (via
software) and technologies (via
hardware) in the realm of medicinal sciences, health information sciences, biomedical engineering, virology, microbiology, molecular biology, bacteriology, genomics, pulmonology, clinical psychology, applied mathematical and statistical sciences (operations research, sampling, hypothesis testing, estimation, empirical Bayesian, safety and reliability, game theoretic and neural network frameworks...) and immunology and similar, whereas also in peripheral real disciplines addressing the core issue of pandemics' or incurable killer diseases' disaster recognition, mobilization, remediation and immunization efforts, but not limited to all above.

Manuscript Submission Information
Authors should submit via online submission system: http://ojs.ejournal.net/index.php/ijcte/submission. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles and review articles are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to guest editor for perusal first.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere. All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a blind peer-review process. A guide for authors and other relevant information for submission of manuscripts are available on the Author Submission Guide page.
The Article Processing Charge in IJCTE is 400 USD. Each paid fee is entitled to one published paper regardless of the length of the paper. The article processing charge is mandatory.
