Abstract—Evaluation of an information system is an
assessment of the information system effectiveness including an
identification of obstacles and barriers of the system
information implementation. The purpose of this study was to
evaluate the implementation of the Information System of
Global Talent by using modification of Updated DeLone and
Mclean Information System Success Model. To test the
purpose model, this study collected data by using purposive
sampling technique and able to gather data from 300
respondents. The collected data was analysed by using
SmartPLS software version 2.0. The results showed that
System Quality, Information Quality and Management
Support have positive and significant effect on System Use (R²
= 92.6 %) and System Use has positive and significant effect on
User Satisfaction (R² = 87.6 %).
